Neal & Wolf Candle Review

Sadly, it’s that time of year again when the central heating is groaning back into action and as I write this the tree outside my window is starting to turn orange. I wasn't ready for summer to end for another year but I’m trying to get on board with autumn and one of the things that is helping is the latest scented candle I have
fallen in love with - the Neal & Wolf Indulgence Scented Candle*

Neal & Wolf are primarily a hair care brand and if you speak to anyone who uses their products one of the first things I bet they would comment on is the scent. That’s not to say the products aren't good, on the contrary! I absolutely love them, the shine spray in particular, but a thought that has passed through my mind many a time when spraying it is how nice a room fragrance with the same scent would be. Well I don’t know if Neal & Wolf read my mind but a few weeks ago it seemed that my wish had been granted when I found out that they make a candle that carries the exact same scent!

The scent was developed by a perfume house that is behind some of the world's most popular fragrances. It has notes of mandarin and orange blossom that melt into floral aromas of lily, ylang-ylang and orchid but don’t be fooled into thinking it is a feminine scent. I actually find it to be very unisex - my husband uses some Neal & Wolf products too and he was just as pleased about the arrival of the candle as I was (well, not quite but you know what I mean!).

The packaging is in keeping with the rest of the line which I love - simple and elegant - and the quality of the candle is top notch with it being so highly scented that I can smell it when it isn't even lit, but not in an overpowering way.

I can see this being a candle I repurchase over and over again. At £17.95 it isn't the cheapest but it certainly isn't the most expensive and for the quality I think it is really reasonably priced. You can buy it online here.

Sounds gorgeous, I can't get enough of candles - I've been burning Bath & Body Work's ones I got in US and am thankful I'm going back next month so I can get more!! x

  2. Wow this sounds like just the sort of scent I would go for!
Bring it on Autum, I'm ready for ya! ;p

  3. Hi Anna, that candle looks lush - I go Candle daft at this time of year, especially if they are scented and in particular black cherry or pink dragon in the Yankee range. Laura xxx

  4. I love candles and this one sounds gorgeous!
